Privacy

Simple and respectful.

MHI respects the trust people place in us when they get in touch.

Privacy is part of the trust people place in MHI. This page explains our general approach. Engagement-specific privacy, confidentiality, and information-sharing terms may also be set out in an agreement or consent form.

Information shared through this website

When you contact MHI, we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and support the conversation you have asked to begin. MHI does not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Client and participant information

In client work, MHI collects, uses, and shares information only as reasonably needed to provide the agreed services, meet applicable legal obligations, and honour the terms of the engagement.

Coaching and mentoring conversations, individual assessment results, and identifiable survey responses are treated as confidential. Information is shared only when it has been authorized, is required by an applicable agreement, or is required by law.

Care and safeguards

MHI limits access to client and participant information to the people who need it for the work. We use practical safeguards to protect information and aim to use de-identified or aggregated information where that is appropriate.

MHI may use technology, including artificial intelligence, to strengthen research and support the work. Identifiable confidential personal information is not entered into public artificial intelligence tools without authorization and appropriate safeguards.

Questions about your information, privacy, or confidentiality can be directed to MHI through the Start a Conversation page.
